Sutherland Global Services is hiring a Process & Business Analyst

Role Overview

This position focuses on advancing operational performance by examining current business processes and recommending practical enhancements. You will work directly with a global technology client, supporting initiatives that streamline operations and improve efficiency through structured analysis and process modeling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine existing workflows to detect inefficiencies and develop detailed process maps using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi.
  • Partner with operations and senior leaders to lead process reengineering and continuous improvement projects.
  • Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define requirements, verify process logic, and communicate results through clear, professional presentations.
  • Complete a process modeling assessment as part of the selection process to demonstrate analytical and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a foundational understanding of business analysis and process optimization. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of experience in roles focused on process analysis, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in process mapping software including Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B1 level or higher).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to documentation and process validation.

Preferred Background

  • A Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), BPM, or similar process improvement frameworks.
  • Experience in operational settings such as customer service, back-office functions, or shared services environments.
  • Track record of supporting both internal process optimization and client-facing transformation initiatives.
