Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to evaluate operational workflows and advance improvements in digital systems, data management, and laboratory automation.
- Serve as a liaison among research scientists, data and application development teams, and transformation units to align strategic goals and deliver unified technical solutions.
- Promote high standards in digital operations by advancing FAIR principles and deploying tools that support efficient data collection, storage, integration, and visual analysis.
- Design and manage outreach, communication plans, and educational initiatives to support effective uptake of new processes across teams.
- Orchestrate activities across departments to ensure on-time delivery of process upgrades and adoption targets.
- Establish performance indicators, monitor project advancement, and optimize workflows using data insights and established industry benchmarks.
- Keep current with emerging technologies and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing process enhancement efforts.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, encouraging a mindset of ongoing operational refinement.
