Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is a locally owned physical therapy practice with 14 locations covering the Columbia, Charleston, Sumter, and Rock Hill areas. Our clinics feature state-of-the-art equipment, and our professional clinicians are the most experienced in the region. We accept all major insurance carriers.

Our hands-on approach provides services that examine and treat immediate problems. Next, we teach our patients how to use their bodies properly in order to gain strength and mobility and prevent future injuries. At Carolina Physical Therapy, we utilize evidence-based treatment protocols that are both objective and measurable.
