About the Role

Mountfitchet Group is hiring a Private Jets Sales Consultant to build and manage a client portfolio of elite athletes, award-winning actors, production companies, global brands, and high-net-worth individuals. You will arrange private jet charters for corporate meetings and leisure trips, delivering seamless, world-class travel experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage your own client portfolio, turning prospects into loyal clients through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Hit and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients
  • Oversee charter bookings from enquiry to completion, using your knowledge of aircraft and the charter process
  • Develop strong relationships with private jet operators to offer the best aircraft solutions
  • Monitor flights 24/7 to ensure seamless operations and a world-class client experience
  • Continuously expand your aviation knowledge and stay ahead of market trends
  • Travel and accompany chartered flights, experiencing luxury air travel first-hand

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, training in business, hotel & luxury management, or air transport law
  • Previous sales experience, comfortable cold calling, generating leads and developing new business
  • Fluent in French, English and Dutch (business level)
  • Experience providing exceptional service in a client-facing, luxury environment
  • Ability to tailor your sales approach to meet each client’s unique needs
  • Proactive with the ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Hard-working and flexible, this role is not just a 9-to-5 job
  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Sales and negotiation techniques
  • High level of customer service
  • Knowledge of the company's products and/or services
  • General knowledge of air charter
