- Prepare monthly personal financial summaries synthesizing progress toward wealth goals and investment performance.
- Build and manage a continuous pipeline of acquisition opportunities across industries, conducting initial screening.
- Develop investment memos summarizing thesis, risks, and recommendations, and build relationships with brokers and seller networks.
- Lead diligence workstreams (financial, operational, tax, legal), build and manage data rooms, and ensure documentation alignment.
- Support deal structuring for tax efficiency and long-term asset protection.
- Construct detailed financial models, including LBOs, working-capital analyses, debt-service structures, and sensitivity cases.
- Assess capital stack options and evaluate post-close cash-flow sufficiency and risk exposure.
- Underwrite multifamily, senior living, and other real estate investment opportunities, building pro formas and acquisition budgets.
- Create and maintain a unified financial dashboard aggregating business performance, real estate holdings, and debt obligations.
- Produce monthly investment and performance reports and coordinate reporting across operating companies.
- Develop 100-day plans for new acquisitions, support KPI development, and monitor performance against underwriting.
- Assist with tax-planning conversations and review strategies for depreciation, trust structures, and entity optimization.

- Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfort engaging with external stakeholders, including lenders, attorneys, accountants, and sellers, with professionalism.
