Vinci4D is hiring a Principal Thermal-Mechanical Engineer (Taiwan)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and expansion of a high-performing team focused on thermal and thermo-mechanical engineering, defining technical strategy and supporting professional growth.
  • Partner with customer engineering teams during evaluation stages by configuring simulations, executing test scenarios, and analyzing outcomes to showcase platform effectiveness.
  • Work alongside sales to deliver product demos, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, and engage in detailed technical conversations with potential clients.
  • Assist customers during onboarding and deployment with technical oversight, training, and issue resolution across implementation and production cycles.
  • Identify challenges in customer workflows and collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
  • Conduct technical training sessions and workshops to help customer teams integrate and scale the platform within their engineering environments.
  • Represent the company at semiconductor and industry events through live demonstrations, booth support, and technical engagement with prospects and partners.
  • Stay informed about competitive solutions, market trends, and industry developments to clearly articulate technical advantages.

Hybrid — Taiwan

  • This position operates remotely with frequent coordination with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams based in Palo Alto, CA, USA.
  • The role involves moderate travel, mainly within Asia.
  • Occasional intercontinental travel may be necessary for collaboration and meetings with the US-based team.
  • On-site presence at customer locations in Taiwan may be required for several days each week.
