Prescryptive Health is hiring a Principal Technical Product Manager - Platform Services to lead software engineering projects within our core Product teams. This is a deeply technical role focused on the design, development, deployment, and improvement of enterprise-scale software, requiring a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product, and SMEs on the definition and discovery of strategic initiatives.
- Perform feasibility analysis with SMEs and engineering leads to assess the technical viability of product features.
- Partner with the Product team to define a focused product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives and technical feasibility.
- Engage with the Architecture team and engineering leads to shape technical designs and solutions.
- Partner with the product team to define features and collaborate with engineering leads to set clear completion criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering leads and product to align on priorities and make informed decisions about feature sequencing.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to estimate the effort required to implement each feature.
- Assist feature teams in defining user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability back to the product roadmap.
- Provide guidance and support to feature teams during execution, assisting with resolving challenges.
- Conduct regular check-ins, monitor progress, and provide status updates to identify emerging issues early.
- Proactively address roadblocks or impediments hindering feature team progress.
- Monitor progress and provide timely updates to Senior Leadership and stakeholders.
- Resolve issues by promptly addressing and escalating as needed to maintain momentum.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Apply AI-enabled tools to increase delivery efficiency, improve signal detection in execution risks, and enhance documentation quality.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management in a Product-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work and execute independently with only high-level direction.
- Comfortable presenting to Senior Leadership and Engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- 8+ years in a software development engineer role.
- Product Management education and/or experience.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry.
