What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level technical consultation and strategic guidance on complex projects
- Design and architect robust, scalable solutions to meet critical business requirements
- Lead technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with clients and internal teams
- Mentor and coach other technical consultants to elevate team capabilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior or principal-level technical consultant in enterprise software
- Deep expertise in designing and integrating complex business application solutions
- Strong ability to translate business challenges into clear technical strategies
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English to support our Tokyo-based operations
