Amperesand is hiring a Principal Talent Partner to lead hiring for our most senior and business-critical roles. You will own the end-to-end process for executive leadership, VP-level leaders, and principal-level individual contributor engineers, building the power foundation of the future.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for executive and VP-level leadership roles, and principal-level and staff-level IC engineers in highly technical domains.
- Partner directly with the CEO, founders, and senior leaders on search strategy, role definition, and candidate calibration.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through offer acceptance.
- Act as the primary closer for high-impact hires, managing competing offers, equity-heavy compensation discussions, relocation, timing, and family considerations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior technical and leadership talent, including passive candidates.
- Design interview processes that are rigorous but efficient.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of successfully closing executive and senior-level technical hires.
- Deep experience managing high-stakes, high-touch recruiting cycles from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Exceptional ability to build trust and partner effectively with C-Suite executives and founders.
- Strong capability in navigating and closing complex offers, including equity and compensation discussions.
- Skill in designing and implementing effective, candidate-centric interview processes.
Work Mode
This role can be based in San Francisco, Reno, or Singapore.
