Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on systems across a broad range of key game initiatives, focused on fun and engaging ways for players to spend time and money (e.g., battle passes, monetization frameworks, reward-unlocks, and related features).
- Collaborate closely with the Game Director, Design Director, Systems Design Lead, and with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, artists, UX/UI, and data analysts, to develop systems that create best-in-class, player-centric experiences.
- Proactively design and optimize systems that improve player experiences related to earning and purchasing content, with a focus on healthy long-term engagement and monetization.
- Champion data-driven design, leveraging analytics, player feedback, and market insights to iterate on systems and enhance the overall player experience.
- Advocate for the player at all times, putting the player experience first when considering and making all design decisions.
