About the Role
The Principal will lead efforts to build and manage strategic relationships with private equity firms, sourcing new opportunities and guiding execution of partnership initiatives that support organizational growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and evaluation of potential private equity partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the private equity space
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with business strategy
- Support due diligence processes for new investment opportunities
- Negotiate terms and structure for strategic collaborations
- Monitor market trends to identify emerging investment trends in healthcare
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive execution of partnership agreements from concept to close
- Assess financial and strategic fit of potential deals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during integration planning
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and opportunities
- Advise on valuation and deal structuring approaches
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
- Represent the organization at industry events and investor meetings
- Track performance of existing partnerships against strategic objectives
- Provide insights to shape long-term partnership strategy
- Work closely with legal and finance teams on transaction documentation
- Manage external advisors and consultants as needed
