Chainlink Labs is hiring a Principal Solutions Architect, Partnerships - Banking & Capital Markets. This strategic role bridges the Chainlink platform with institutional partners, embedding our technology into their stacks in a compliant and effective manner. You will combine business acumen with technical depth to shape product direction and drive adoption.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop high-impact use cases to shape product direction and elevate company presence within banking and capital markets.
- Own discovery sessions with a broad set of partners across prioritized partner segments.
- Serve as a critical feedback loop to Product, Engineering, and R&D teams, translating partner needs into actionable product requirements.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact, repeatable partner integration frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- Technical pre/postsales technology experience, working with major institutions within capital markets.
- Proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders to define and deliver strategic technology solutions.
- Experience with, and strong knowledge of blockchain technology and associated areas (e.g., DeFi, tokenisation / digital assets, digital identity).
- Hands-on experience with middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, and APIs.
- Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and responding to functional and technical elements of proposals independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing, building and integrating software solutions through a channel partnership sales motion.
- Experience in any of the following: Solidity, Golang, Rust, JS, Java, Python, C/C++.
- Experience of networking protocols, private IP environments, cloud infrastructure, and the implementation of SSL/TLS security measures.
