About the Role

This position leads the design and delivery of complex technical solutions, working closely with sales and product teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, future-ready architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client business challenges
  • Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with enterprise goals
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and demonstrations
  • Translate customer requirements into technical implementations
  • Present solution designs to executive stakeholders
  • Guide integration strategies across platforms and data systems
  • Support proof-of-concept development and validation
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for solution fit and scalability
  • Ensure architectural alignment with security and compliance standards
  • Drive adoption of best practices in system design and deployment
  • Mentor junior engineers on technical and client engagement skills
  • Participate in product feedback and roadmap discussions
  • Maintain deep expertise in platform capabilities and limitations
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation
  • Facilitate workshops to uncover hidden business needs
  • Develop reusable solution frameworks for common industry use cases
  • Coordinate with delivery teams during post-sale transition
  • Stay current with industry trends and evolving customer landscapes
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Promote technical thought leadership through presentations and content
