- Deep expertise in architecting end-to-end solutions across modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with strong knowledge of cloud-native services, microservices patterns, API design, event-driven architectures, and hybrid/multi-cloud integration strategies. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless computing, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and hands-on experience translating business requirements into robust technical solutions that balance innovation, scalability, security, and cost optimization.

- Demonstrated experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries, with solid understanding of compliance requirements, data residency, security controls, and risk management considerations that shape solution design and delivery.
- Proven ability to lead technical due diligence, conduct architecture reviews, and quality assure complex solutions including non-functional requirements such as performance, resilience, security, and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience working across multiple technology domains including data platforms, application development, cloud infrastructure, security, and integration middleware, with the ability to design cohesive solutions that span these disciplines.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management at senior levels, with excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to build consensus across diverse groups.
- Hands-on experience with modern software delivery practices including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps/GitOps methodologies, and Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS), with deep understanding of how architecture decisions enable or constrain delivery velocity.
- Active contribution to architecture community and practice development through thought leadership, mentoring junior architects, developing reusable patterns and accelerators, and driving innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
