NeoGenomics is seeking a Principal Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across our diagnostics and healthcare operations. This role is central to driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance patient engagement, provider collaboration, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Architect and lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud.
- Design and optimize patient-centric workflows, including referral management, case tracking, and lab order lifecycle.
- Integrate Salesforce with clinical and enterprise systems such as EHRs, LIS, SAP ECC/Hybris, Oracle, Snowflake, and Azure using MuleSoft and Salesforce APIs.
- Advise internal and external Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Act as release manager, overseeing configuration and code deployments across environments using DevOps tools and applications.
- Develop prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solution designs and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Own the Salesforce architectural runway and DevOps process, ensuring high availability and secure environments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- 10 or more years of Salesforce experience, including 7 or more years leading Salesforce projects.
- 5 or more years as a Salesforce developer.
- 3 or more years as a Salesforce architect.
- Certified Salesforce Application Architect.
- Certified Salesforce System Architect.
- Certified Salesforce Technical Architect.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environments.
- Experience supporting large geographically dispersed IT infrastructures.
- Familiarity with SAFe for Architects or SAFe Agile Software Engineering.
