Responsibilities
- Position talent acquisition as a forward-thinking, analytics-based function that forecasts business demands and delivers impactful hiring solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, HR, legal, and finance teams to support workforce planning, succession, and organizational change aligned with company goals.
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting where timely, accurate information drives key decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by delivering market intelligence, industry best practices, and data-backed hiring recommendations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments, from initial role scoping to job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Work closely with HR and hiring leaders to craft inclusive, compelling job postings and targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Evaluate candidates using structured interviews and assessment methods to ensure fit with company culture, values, and role expectations.
- Maintain a well-organized, proactive candidate pipeline with a focus on delivering a positive, timely, and transparent candidate experience.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent using diverse channels, platforms, and networks.
- Build sustainable talent pools for current and future needs in technical and customer-facing roles.
- Stay informed on trends in recruiting, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics in the SaaS and tech talent landscape.
- Deliver a personalized, equitable candidate journey marked by clear communication, transparency, and consistent follow-up.
- Promote the organization’s employer brand, culture, and DEI commitments through meaningful interactions with candidates and external communities.
- Define and track performance indicators to improve hiring outcomes, candidate satisfaction, and hiring manager confidence.
- Use data, analytics, and reporting dashboards to measure recruitment performance and refine strategies over time.
- Lead continuous improvements in daily recruiting operations to enhance hiring quality, speed, and consistency.
- Advance the use of AI-powered tools and recruitment platforms to boost efficiency and support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Ensure recruitment momentum through disciplined processes, including intake alignment, timely feedback, and clear decision workflows.
- Provide regular progress updates and flag potential risks early to hiring managers and HR leadership to prevent delays.
