Seeq is hiring a Principal Recruitment Partner to be the strategic talent partner for our growing organization. You will be responsible for shaping hiring strategies, advising leaders, and managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and go-to-market functions. This role is central to attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional people who reflect our values and drive our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Position talent acquisition as a proactive, data-driven function that anticipates business needs and delivers high-impact talent solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, collaborating with senior leaders, HR, legal, and finance on workforce planning and transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, from intake through offer negotiation.
  • Partner with HR and hiring leaders to create compelling, inclusive job descriptions and effective recruitment campaigns.
  • Assess candidates through structured interviews, ensuring alignment with Seeq’s culture, values, and role requirements.
  • Maintain an organized and proactive candidate pipeline, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay current with recruiting trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence in SaaS and technology talent markets.
  • Champion Seeq’s employer brand, culture, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Establish clear performance metrics to elevate talent acquisition outcomes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Use metrics, analytics, and dashboards to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and continuously refine strategies.
  • Lead ongoing improvements and innovative approaches to increase recruitment quality, speed, and consistency.
  • Drive adoption of platforms and AI tools that improve recruiter efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Keep recruiting efforts moving with strong structure and follow-through.
  • Provide clear weekly updates and proactive risk flags to hiring managers and HR leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience with significant impact in SaaS/B2B organizations.
  • Proven success in recruiting for senior-level, niche, or hard-to-fill roles across technical and go-to-market functions.
  • Must have experience recruiting for software engineers and sales executives in a SaaS/B2B environment.
  • Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking pipelines, reporting, metrics, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to shape recruitment strategies.
  • Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders to design and execute hiring strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels, including executive level.
  • Experience leading or mentoring other recruiters and contributing to process or system improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, including experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards related to recruiting and hiring practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term talent planning and immediate hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
