Responsibilities
- Own the positioning, messaging, and storytelling for Simpplr’s horizontal platform services and experience (e.g., user provisioning, audiences and segmentation, access controls, accessibility).
- Articulate how these foundational capabilities enable secure, personalized, scalable, and compliant employee experiences across the enterprise.
- Develop value narratives that resonate with IT, security, and architecture stakeholders while clearly connecting platform services to usability, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Position these capabilities as the foundation that enables enterprise adoption, extensibility, AI-driven experiences, and long-term platform scalability.
- Own the positioning, messaging, and storytelling around Simpplr’s integrations and extensibility capabilities (e.g., pre-built integrations, app tiles, extensibility center, APIs).
- Articulate how Simpplr connects with enterprise systems across HR, IT, collaboration, content, and line-of-business applications.
- Develop differentiated stories that explain how customers extend, automate, and orchestrate work on Simpplr without heavy customization.
- Build and scale GTM narratives for Simpplr’s partner ecosystem, including technology partners, ISVs, and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop joint value propositions, partner playbooks, co-marketing assets, and field enablement resources.
- Position Simpplr’s ecosystem as a force multiplier for platform value, extensibility, and customer outcomes.
- Develop positioning and sales assets for Simpplr’s professional services, accelerators, packaged offerings, and implementation frameworks.
- Partner with the Services organization to articulate ROI, customer impact, and the role services play in successful deployments.
- Position professional services as a core lever for enterprise readiness and value realization, not just implementation.
- Create customer-facing content that showcases methodology, best practices, and differentiated service delivery.
- Support launch planning and execution across integrations, ecosystem partnerships, and services.
- Create high-impact enablement resources including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demos, and RFP-ready narratives.
- Partner with Product to influence roadmap alignment with customer needs, partner requirements, and competitive trends.
- Maintain a clear POV on differentiation across platform services, extensibility, ecosystem, and services.
- Collaborate with Analyst Relations to ensure Simpplr’s platform and ecosystem story is accurately represented in key evaluations and reports.
