Accountabilities - Establish comprehensive product vision, long-term strategy, and strategic roadmap for a fundamental technical domain. - Construct technical architecture, data models, and platform interfaces supporting extensible, scalable solutions. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design robust APIs, system components, and observability frameworks. - Integrate advanced AI/machine learning features including semantic search, intelligent assistants, personalization, and classification systems. - Engage with executive stakeholders, customer groups, and external partners to validate requirements and refine product-market alignment. - Develop comprehensive technical narratives, documentation, and strategic documents to align cross-functional teams and accelerate decision-making processes. - Establish performance metrics, implement telemetry strategies, and leverage experimental methodologies for continuous improvement. - Serve as primary domain owner, mentoring team members and elevating organizational quality standards. Requirements - 7+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in technical or platform-focused roles. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background. - Demonstrated history of launching innovative products or scaling platform capabilities in complex, high-accountability environments. - Profound technical expertise in system architecture, API design, and comprehensive technological trade-off analysis. - Exceptional communication capabilities, capable of influencing high-level executive stakeholders. - Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, AI, design, and research domains. - Strong business-oriented approach with demonstrated success driving adoption, engagement, and measurable outcomes. - Preferred: Background in AI-powered products, semantic modeling, knowledge graphs, enterprise data platforms, and B2B intelligence solutions.
