Jobgether is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Business Continuity Management to lead the strategy and execution of a critical product line. You will ensure organizations can anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptions by shaping the long-term vision and delivering innovative solutions that meet evolving market needs.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the long-term vision and strategy for the Business Continuity Management product portfolio.
- Manage multiple product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and balancing short-term and long-term priorities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Gather customer and market insights to validate product hypotheses and identify emerging opportunities.
- Establish and monitor key metrics to evaluate product performance and impact, continuously refining offerings based on data-driven insights.
- Present product strategy, updates, and outcomes to executive leadership, influencing organizational priorities and decision-making.
- Anticipate market trends, identify disruptive opportunities, and ensure competitive advantage through innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- At least 3 years in a principal or senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Business Continuity Management or closely related domains.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex product initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with product management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Lean, and OKRs.
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for product discovery, prototyping, and execution.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
