What You'll Do
Take full ownership of the product vision and roadmap for AI governance, shaping the foundation that enables enterprises to confidently adopt AI features. You'll define how organizations manage policies, control access, track usage, and maintain compliance across AI-powered workflows.
Design a scalable governance model with fine-grained controls, including role-based permissions, hierarchical policy enforcement, data handling configurations, and model selection rules. Your work will ensure that AI capabilities align with organizational risk thresholds and operational requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, security, legal, and data teams to integrate governance deeply into the platform. You'll align cross-functional efforts across identity, platform, and fulfillment to deliver a unified control plane that operates seamlessly behind the scenes.
Turn customer insights and field input into actionable priorities, focusing on real-world challenges in enterprise deployment. You'll define success through measurable outcomes—adoption rates, policy coverage, compliance readiness—and use data to refine direction and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a technical leader within the product organization, clarifying complex domains, mentoring peers, and influencing broader AI platform decisions with a governance-first mindset.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading end-to-end product development for technical, B2B SaaS platforms, especially in governance, administration, or control-plane systems.
- Experience building enterprise features such as policy engines, access controls, configuration frameworks, or multi-tenant admin interfaces.
- Familiarity with AI product lifecycles and the stages of enterprise adoption, from pilot to scale, including the governance barriers at each phase.
- Background in delivering capabilities that support broad organizational rollout—subscription management, usage analytics, audit logging, and policy-driven configuration.
- Working knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to AI, including data residency, model governance, auditability, and emerging regulations like the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF.
- Ability to distill technical complexity—such as model behavior, data flows, and policy logic—into clear requirements and customer value propositions.
- Strong customer focus, with experience engaging enterprise stakeholders, security teams, and compliance officers to uncover constraints and prioritize impactful solutions.
