This role is responsible for defining product vision, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering high-impact features that advance the platform’s capabilities and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term product strategy for core platform components
- Lead discovery efforts to uncover customer pain points and market opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and ship scalable solutions
- Develop roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
- Partner with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
- Translate market insights into actionable product requirements
- Drive cross-team alignment on architecture and integration patterns
- Manage trade-offs between innovation, technical debt, and time-to-market
- Represent product priorities to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development
- Evaluate performance metrics to guide iterative improvements
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with go-to-market teams for successful product launches
- Advocate for customer needs across internal departments
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on product direction
- Oversee API design and developer experience decisions
- Balance platform scalability with time-sensitive customer demands
- Drive adoption of best practices in agile product development
- Conduct post-launch reviews to assess impact and identify next steps
