  • Manage end-to-end ownership of a significant product area, including backlog management, story refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning with a focus on measurable results.
  • Convert company goals into a 6–12 month product roadmap and create user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics that align with business outcomes, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, design, data, and business teams, proactively managing communication and representing the product area in executive and stakeholder reviews.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX, QA, and DevOps to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product features.
  • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or gaps in functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure technical, operational, and compliance requirements are integrated into product planning and design.
  • Lead discovery initiatives to collect and analyze input from customers, internal users, and stakeholders through voice of customer and voice of business efforts.
  • Support customer journey mapping, process documentation, and cross-system impact analysis.
  • Represent the product team in Agile ceremonies, cross-functional meetings, and stakeholder reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to independently translate business strategy, user research, and market insights into clear, outcome-focused product requirements without constant managerial oversight.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and align engineering, UX, data, marketing, and business stakeholders around a unified product vision, even amid competing priorities.
  • Capable of creating and presenting a compelling product roadmap to senior leaders, clearly explaining prioritization, sequencing, and strategic intent.
  • Full ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, including user research, story writing, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and post-launch optimization using data.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and monitoring KPIs to evaluate product performance.
  • Expertise in user experience principles, A/B and multivariate testing, and iterative development, with the ability to independently design and interpret experiments to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on delivering customer value and business impact.
  • Proficient in using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, as well as analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
  • Understanding of technical constraints and system integrations in digital environments.
