The Digital Product Manager will lead the evolution of digital platforms focused on growth and retention, managing the full product lifecycle from strategy through execution. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver improvements in user experience and business performance. The position is based in Seattle with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap by defining strategic direction, release plans, and clear tradeoff decisions aligned with business objectives.
- Proactively gather and interpret customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to shape product requirements and improvements, while collaborating with Marketing for deeper insights.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and objectives, including engagement, conversion, and retention, using data to guide prioritization independently of stakeholder requests.
- Manage end-to-end ownership of a significant product area, including backlog management, story refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning with a focus on measurable results.
- Convert company goals into a 6–12 month product roadmap and create user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics that align with business outcomes, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, data, and business teams, proactively managing communication and representing the product area in executive and stakeholder reviews.
- Work closely with engineering, UX, QA, and DevOps to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product features.
- Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or gaps in functionality and user experience.
- Ensure technical, operational, and compliance requirements are integrated into product planning and design.
- Lead discovery initiatives to collect and analyze input from customers, internal users, and stakeholders through voice of customer and voice of business efforts.
- Support customer journey mapping, process documentation, and cross-system impact analysis.
- Represent the product team in Agile ceremonies, cross-functional meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
Requirements
- Proven ability to independently translate business strategy, user research, and market insights into clear, outcome-focused product requirements without constant managerial oversight.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and align engineering, UX, data, marketing, and business stakeholders around a unified product vision, even amid competing priorities.
- Capable of creating and presenting a compelling product roadmap to senior leaders, clearly explaining prioritization, sequencing, and strategic intent.
- Full ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, including user research, story writing, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and post-launch optimization using data.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining and monitoring KPIs to evaluate product performance.
- Expertise in user experience principles, A/B and multivariate testing, and iterative development, with the ability to independently design and interpret experiments to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on delivering customer value and business impact.
- Proficient in using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, as well as analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Understanding of technical constraints and system integrations in digital environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in product management, digital product development, or a similar role.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000, full-time. Equity: Restricted Stock Units granted to all new team members, vesting over 4 years. Employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.
