This role drives strategic pricing initiatives for the Cardiovascular portfolio across the EurAsia region, serving as a key advisor to marketing, commercial, and leadership teams. You will develop and refine pricing frameworks that respond to market conditions, competitive landscapes, and economic drivers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product lifecycle strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve pricing strategies tailored to regional market dynamics, supporting both new product introductions and commercial model innovation.
- Provide strategic input into Integrated Business Planning, including average selling price (ASP) forecasting and portfolio-level pricing guidance.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to adapt pricing governance models and ensure consistent, compliant execution across countries.
- Translate clinical and economic data into actionable pricing recommendations, incorporating value-based segmentation and market access considerations.
- Strengthen organizational pricing capabilities by guiding processes, influencing decision-making, and embedding strategic thinking into business planning cycles.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration, with at least five years of experience in pricing or commercial finance roles. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with financial modeling and simulations are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, cross-cultural environments, demonstrates proactive problem-solving, and can influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.

This position offers competitive pay based on location, with salary ranges provided for Czechia, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia. This is a locally based role, open to candidates in Istanbul, Johannesburg, Kazakhstan, Prague, Warsaw, Bucharest, or Bratislava. The work model supports regional presence with a focus on cross-market coordination.
