Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the standard reference architecture for agent identity, covering delegation, audit trails, and emergency termination mechanisms as industry standards and technology evolve.
- Lead implementation efforts for the most complex, regulated, or innovative customer engagements where established procedures do not yet exist.
- Elevate technical excellence across the field engineering team by reviewing system designs, mentoring senior engineers, and defining best practices for deployment quality.
- Inform product development priorities by identifying common patterns across customer implementations and collaborating directly with engineering and product leadership.
- Serve as a recognized technical expert, presenting to executive stakeholders such as CISOs and Chief AI Officers, and contributing to external identity standards and industry frameworks.
- Intervene in the most challenging technical and organizational situations across customer accounts to unblock progress and deliver solutions.
- Establish scalable metrics and monitoring practices for evaluating authorization performance, scope management, delegation integrity, audit coverage, and kill-switch reliability.
- Increase team efficiency by transforming repeatable field activities into reusable tools, internal platforms, and training resources.
