Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of intricate construction engineering tasks, including temporary works design, verification, and technical validation
- Serve as lead for projects, overseeing technical requirements, timelines, budgets, and client engagement from tender to completion
- Review and contribute to engineering deliverables such as technical calculations, drawings, reports, and risk analyses, ensuring alignment with CDM, SHEMS, and QMS standards
- Assess technical risks, propose alternative solutions, and implement value engineering to enhance constructability and financial performance
- Deliver technical guidance, mentor engineering staff, support professional development programs, and advocate for industry best practices across the design team
