Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural direction for a hybrid platform spanning on-premises and cloud environments, with ownership over core components like agentic orchestration, LLM gateway, memory systems, and observability.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps in collaboration with engineering leadership, aligning platform evolution with business goals while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
- Design and implement production-ready agentic systems using modern frameworks such as LangGraph and Deep Agents, establishing best practices for tool integration, agent coordination, and safety controls.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards across services, APIs, security protocols, identity management, observability, and developer experience for both platform and custom applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including InfoSec, IAM, networking, and cloud infrastructure to align platform design with enterprise architecture and governance requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews and represent platform interests in enterprise forums, guiding designs through compliance and approval processes such as ISAR, STARC, and CAB.
- Mentor senior and staff-level engineers in distributed systems, AI engineering, and system design through active participation in reviews and deep-dives.
- Proactively identify architectural risks, lead mitigation efforts, and advance platform maturity in environment isolation, monitoring, and incident response.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid
Innovation
Monitor advancements in large language models, agentic frameworks, and AI infrastructure; evaluate new technologies through targeted proof-of-concepts to enhance platform capabilities.
Technical Mentorship
Coach Staff and Senior engineers on system design, distributed systems, AI engineering, and production excellence. Raise the technical bar across the team through design reviews, code reviews, and architecture deep dives.
Risk and Reliability
Identify architectural risks early, drive remediation, and lead the platform's evolution toward stronger environment separation, observability, and incident response maturity.
