Responsibilities
- Conduct strategy workshops with manufacturing clients to understand their sales, service models, and key performance indicators.
- Evaluate existing CRM systems, identify gaps, and plan a Salesforce-centric future state.
- Create CRM transformation roadmaps with Salesforce as the core platform, including phases, scope, and implementation plan.
- Redesign business processes from lead to order and service, aligning with Salesforce best practices.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on CRM strategy, governance, and operational models.
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, primarily for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Define data models, security, environment strategy, and integration with ERP, MES, PLM, and other systems.
- Create solution blueprints, high-level designs, and effort estimates, ensuring scalability and alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Guide functional consultants and technical teams during delivery, reviewing configurations and customizations.
- Develop internal accelerators, templates, and industry-specific assets for manufacturing CRM.
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and define solution approaches.
- Lead tailored Salesforce demos for manufacturing scenarios, such as key account planning and complex opportunity management.
- Prepare solution presentations, architecture overviews, and walkthroughs for client meetings.
- Translate RFP/RFI requirements into Salesforce-based solutions with clear scope and assumptions.
- Build and present the business case and ROI for CRM transformation, linking Salesforce capabilities to commercial and operational outcomes.
- Advise clients on CRM governance, operating models, and Salesforce roles.
- Define role-based Salesforce usage models for various user types.
- Contribute to change, communication, and training plans, and design KPIs and dashboards to monitor CRM adoption.
- Promote data quality and disciplined CRM usage to enable reliable reporting and analytics.
- Serve as design authority for projects, ensuring coherence across workstreams and vendors.
- Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies, clarifying requirements and validating sprint outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to solution design, scope, or integration.
- Support UAT planning, test scenario definition, go-live readiness assessment, and hyper care.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud)
- 4 to 6 years of experience working with manufacturing organizations or clients.
- Significant experience in a consulting environment in client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from discovery through go-live and adoption.
- Experience delivering Salesforce in ERP-integrated enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.

- MBA or other advanced business degree.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Field Service, Manufacturing Cloud, or CPQ Specialist.
