About the Role

This role involves leading electrical engineering design efforts on large-scale infrastructure projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across various project phases.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and review of electrical designs for infrastructure systems
  • Manage technical aspects of engineering projects from concept through construction
  • Prepare and supervise electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems
  • Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior engineers
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses
  • Oversee project budgets and schedules related to electrical work
  • Perform quality assurance and design reviews

  • Support procurement and bidding processes with technical input
  • Troubleshoot design and field issues during construction
  • Apply sustainable design principles to electrical systems
  • Use engineering software for modeling and simulation
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation
