Responsibilities

- Support project managers with environmental risk assessments

- Lead scoping exercises and environmental baseline studies
- Manage stakeholder consultation processes including public engagement
- Develop environmental management plans and mitigation strategies
- Conduct environmental audits and due diligence assessments
- Advise on climate change resilience and sustainability considerations
- Represent projects at planning hearings and regulatory meetings
- Ensure alignment with national and international environmental standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team capability development
- Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in EIA workflows
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental policy developments
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate environmental factors
