We are looking for a true net-new SAP Cloud ERP hunter — a sales professional who lives for opening doors, creating demand, and closing new customer logos for SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition) and RISE with SAP. At Nagarro, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by acquiring new customers and delivering transformational cloud ERP solutions in competitive, cloud-first buying environments.
What You'll Do
- Own net-new logo acquisition for SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition) and RISE with SAP
- Proactively generate opportunities via cold outreach and targeted prospecting
- Proactively generate opportunities via executive networking
- Proactively generate opportunities via SAP and hyperscaler co-sell motions
- Build a greenfield pipeline from zero to close
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle for net-new customers: qualification and discovery
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle for net-new customers: deal strategy and competitive positioning
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle for net-new customers: scoping and solution alignment
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle for net-new customers: proposal and commercial models
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle for net-new customers: negotiation and closing
- Navigate competitive landscapes (Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, etc.)
- Position SAP Cloud ERP as a business platform, not an IT system
- Communicate business transformation value
- Communicate cloud economics (ROI, TCO, speed, scalability)
- Communicate standardization and clean-core benefits
- Drive urgency and executive alignment in buying organizations
- Work closely with SAP Cloud ERP & RISE field teams
- Work closely with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Work closely with alliance partners and marketplace programs
- Leverage incentives, credits, and co-funded GTM motions
- Consistently achieve aggressive net-new revenue and logo targets
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
- Measure success by new logos won
- Measure success by net-new pipeline created
- Measure success by closed Cloud ERP revenue
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in net-new business development for enterprise software solutions
- Demonstrated success in selling SAP Cloud ERP (Public Edition) or RISE with SAP
- Strong track record of opening new logos and closing complex, multi-stakeholder cloud ERP deals
- Deep understanding of cloud-first ERP buying cycles
- Ability to position enterprise software as a business transformation platform
- Experience navigating competitive landscapes against Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, etc.
- Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) in co-sell motions
- Ability to leverage co-funded go-to-market programs and incentives
- Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build greenfield pipelines from zero to close
Nice to Have
- Existing network in target industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Public Sector
- Familiarity with SAP ecosystem and alliance partner programs
- Experience in quota-carrying enterprise software sales roles
- Background in selling cloud-based ERP or enterprise application solutions
