Responsibilities
- Owning the complete understanding of business and technical needs and translation of those needs into a prioritized backlog within your functional areas
- Adaptability to manage several technical projects at a time
- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements using our current technology stack
- Participate and contribute in design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions
- Provide timely and meaningful feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results
- Responsibly delegating responsibilities and activities to appropriate team members
- Collaborate and resolve conflict with business stakeholders
- Communicate key insights and findings to the business stakeholders
- Develop strong partnerships with business teams and other groups
- Deliver the required capabilities per biBerk standards and help to keep the biBerk standards current
- As part of owning the functional areas- identify, design, document, and maintain system processes

Additional Information
- In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $120,000- $150,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
