About the Role
This role involves creating customer-facing financial tools that empower users to manage credit, personal information, and pre-approval experiences through modern technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Engage in full-stack development across diverse initiatives including infrastructure, tooling, platform engineering, developer experience, and data systems.
- Design and implement new applications using object-oriented programming principles.
- Apply test-driven development practices throughout the software lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Research and assess emerging software tools, technologies, and methodologies for potential adoption.
- Stay current with evolving tech trends, experiment with new platforms, and contribute to internal and external tech communities through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Advance engineering excellence by promoting best practices through communication, documentation, and public presentations.
- Collaborate across Agile teams to design, build, test, deploy, and support technical solutions using a broad set of development tools and frameworks.
- Proactively identify technical challenges and drive solutions to resolution.
