Inventive Food Technology seeks a Pricing Specialist to join our team. You will ensure accurate and timely pricing, manage order issues, and lead Canada-specific pricing operations. This role is central to maintaining customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration to resolve pricing and order-related challenges.
What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate and timely pricing by managing all price entries in Price Force across all business units and coordinating pricing credits, rebills, and tariff surcharges.
- Monitor and resolve open order issues, including missing prices and changes to payment terms, using tools like the Order Orchestration and Management Report.
- Generate and deliver pricing reports at mid-year, year-end, or upon request to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate customer and account updates, including new customer setups, account manager changes, and payment term adjustments.
- Manage Price Force ticketing from issuance to resolution to ensure efficient handling of pricing requests.
- Support onboarding and compliance by setting up Delegation of Authority for new employees and ensuring processes align with internal controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers, sales directors, Finance, product managers, and customer service to resolve issues.
- Lead Canada-specific pricing operations, including USD-CAD exchange rate adjustments, freight/customs invoice approvals, and CEPA-compliant material setups.
- Troubleshoot daily operational challenges to maintain high customer satisfaction and smooth order execution.
