Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing to assess product value and align with Commercial Sales to implement value-based pricing strategies.
- Respond to individual pricing inquiries in line with profitability targets and prevailing market conditions.
- Engage key stakeholders to evaluate specifications, competitive dynamics, margin expectations, and commercial factors such as value pricing and lead times.
- Take part in regular audits focused on margin integrity, SAP data accuracy, and customer-facing content.
- Support Sales and Customer Service teams in processing pricing and rebate requests.
- Implement pricing decisions according to defined business unit or product line strategies.
- Coordinate with Sales and Regional Managers to resolve pricing-related issues or conflicts.
- Gather and distribute competitor intelligence, including pricing updates, product offerings, and market moves.
- Compile commercial data to support customer segmentation and product-level profitability analysis.
- Lead efforts to collect and analyze win/loss outcomes from pricing proposals.
- Create and apply data-driven pricing tools to improve pricing decision-making and management.
- Identify and promote effective pricing practices across teams.
- Carry out tasks in alignment with established key performance indicators.
- Contribute to recurring business performance reviews to track KPI achievement.
- Evaluate and question the relevance and structure of KPIs to ensure they are specific, measurable, and actionable.
