DSV is looking for a Pricing Analyst to analyze pricing data and market trends, ensuring our competitiveness in the transportation and logistics industry. You will develop strategic pricing models and work closely with cross-functional teams to align pricing with our business growth objectives.
What You'll Do
- Analyze pricing data and trends to identify opportunities for strategic improvement.
- Develop pricing models that account for market conditions, competition, and customer demand.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand customer needs and create tailored pricing proposals.
- Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Align pricing strategies with overall business objectives through departmental collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing databases.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a pricing or analytical role within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify key trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Specific experience with pricing in the transportation and logistics sector.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
