What You'll Do
As a Consumer Analytics Consultant, you'll lead the design and execution of analytical projects using detailed Homescan panel data to uncover shopper behaviours and support client decision-making. You'll identify opportunities where data can address specific business questions, then craft custom research strategies that combine behavioural patterns with survey-based insights.
You'll work closely with internal modelling and scripting teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of analyses, while also presenting clear, actionable findings to both clients and internal partners. Your role includes building relationships across customer success, sales, and specialist teams to promote data-driven solutions and expand the use of advanced analytics.
A key focus will be demonstrating how integrated behavioural and attitudinal data can solve complex challenges, ensuring clients receive tailored, high-impact recommendations that support growth.
Requirements
- Experience working with consumer or shopper panel data, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful business insights
- Proven ability to communicate findings effectively through storytelling and presentations
- Skill in designing research approaches that align with client objectives
- Consultative mindset with experience supporting clients through solution development
- Project management abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver results on time
- Ability to collaborate across departments and build relationships at all levels
