Work-setup: HYBRID / ORTIGAS (3x a week onsite)
Schedule: AU / PH Shift
Non-Negotiable Requirements: 5 to 7 years’ experience in pricing, cost modelling or commercial finance, within a CX or BPO environment and good communication skills.
We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and cost modelling for our Customer Experience (CX) services across onshore and offshore delivery. This is a hands‑on, technical pricing role focused on pricing accuracy, cost modelling and margin integrity. You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to support new deals, renewals and repricing activity through robust, well‑reasoned pricing outputs. This is not a sales or negotiation role, but it does require strong commercial awareness and the ability to clearly explain pricing logic and assumptions to internal stakeholders.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining detailed CX pricing models across voice, non‑voice, blended and outcome‑based services
Translating operational assumptions into unit‑based pricing (hourly, FTE and transaction‑based)
Maintaining core cost assumptions including wages and statutory on‑costs, shrinkage, utilisation, productivity, spans and layers, shift loadings, overtime, weekends and public holidays
Supporting rate cards and pricing frameworks for Australian and offshore CX delivery
Preparing deal‑specific pricing models for bids, tenders, proposals and repricing activity
Performing sensitivity analysis on volumes, ramp‑ups and productivity assumptions
Clearly documenting pricing logic, assumptions and margin outcomes for internal approval
Validating pricing models for accuracy, completeness and consistency
Maintaining pricing documentation, assumption libraries and version control
Supporting post‑implementation reviews by comparing priced assumptions to actual outcomes
Partnering with Operations, WFM, HR and Finance to source accurate cost inputs
Responding to internal queries on pricing logic and assumptions
Qualifications:
5 to 7 years’ experience in pricing, cost modelling or commercial finance, within a CX or BPO environment
Strong understanding of offshore CX cost structures, particularly contact centre delivery
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to clearly explain pricing logic to non‑finance stakeholders
Strong analytical and structured problem‑-solving skills
Experience managing multiple pricing requests under tight timelines
Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable but not essential.
