Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of professional background in pricing, cost modeling, or commercial finance within a customer experience or business process outsourcing setting
- Solid knowledge of offshore customer experience cost frameworks, especially in contact center operations
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling techniques
- Exceptional focus on precision and numerical correctness
- Ability to articulate pricing rationale clearly to non-financial team members
- Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record handling several pricing requests simultaneously under strict deadlines
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous but not mandatory

- Strong understanding of offshore CX cost structures, particularly contact centre delivery
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to clearly explain pricing logic to non‑finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
- Experience managing multiple pricing requests under tight timelines
Preferred
Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable but not essential
