Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely contract implementation

- Maintain accurate pricing records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal pricing policies
- Support audit readiness by maintaining complete and accurate deal files
- Monitor deal performance and flag discrepancies
- Assist in the development and improvement of pricing tools and systems
- Prepare reports summarizing pricing activity and deal outcomes
- Respond to internal inquiries related to pricing agreements
- Track and manage pricing exceptions and escalations
- Work with stakeholders to resolve pricing conflicts
- Validate pricing inputs against contractual terms
- Support onboarding of new pricing deals into operational systems
- Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes
- Ensure consistency in pricing methodologies across deals
- Participate in system testing for pricing-related updates
- Maintain awareness of market pricing dynamics
- Assist in training team members on pricing procedures
- Contribute to month-end and quarter-end pricing close activities
- Manage pricing data requests from internal departments
- Review deal terms for accuracy prior to finalization
- Support pricing strategy initiatives with data analysis
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams when necessary
- Update pricing models based on business needs
