Drive financial performance by managing P&L, optimizing pricing and occupancy strategies, and maintaining cost discipline without compromising guest satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen retail offerings and ultra-prestige initiatives, maximizing cross-functional synergy.
Monitor regional market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions. Represent the brand at key events, enhancing visibility within the luxury tourism landscape and acting as a trusted ambassador for the portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in Prestige Hospitality, including experience in 5-star hotels, luxury boutique properties, or Michelin-recognized dining environments
- Proven track record in managing high-end client experiences with deep understanding of luxury service dynamics
- Solid background in operational leadership and business management, with fluency in hospitality KPIs and financial metrics
- Strong grasp of wine and spirits, with a genuine appreciation for gastronomy and luxury retail
- Proficiency in hospitality technology, CRM platforms, and retail systems
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and service precision
