What You'll Do
Oversee end-to-end operations of a mobile residue testing laboratory, ensuring all activities align with quality standards and project timelines. Plan workflows, assign tasks, and manage out-of-specification investigations to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
Verify analytical results and interpret data to support client reporting. Lead the development and validation of testing methods, preparing detailed validation reports and maintaining up-to-date standard operating procedures.
Ensure timely procurement of chemicals, reagents, reference materials, solvents, and lab supplies. Monitor turnaround times and drive continuous improvements in lab performance.
Conduct internal audits and support compliance initiatives. Serve as the primary technical resource for internal teams, responding to technical inquiries and providing expert guidance.
Lead training sessions for team members, building technical competence and promoting adherence to protocols. Take ownership of resolving customer complaints and ensuring timely closure.
Review, validate, and authorize final results, ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance. Support cost management and inventory planning to maintain operational efficiency.
