About the Role

Every is looking for a Presales Specialist to join our team. You will be a key player in our B2B sales process, providing technical expertise and support to both partners and end customers for our cloud telecommunication products.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct training and product demonstrations for partners and end customers.
  • Communicate technical requirements with customers and partners during the presales phase.
  • Act as the internal technical contact for our sales team, helping to resolve challenges.
  • Assist with product innovations and changes in collaboration with product management.
  • Create product calculations and potential analyses with our sales partners.
  • Provide presales consultation and support for large customer projects, wholesale deals, and offers.
  • Use your expertise to persuade customers and partners of the value of our services.
  • Manage project work on large implementations, including commissioning.

What We're Looking For

  • A successfully completed business degree with a focus on project management, or comparable vocational training with further education.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a presales role.
  • Confident, persuasive communication skills on the phone.
  • Resilience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented, team-focused approach.
  • Very strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written expression skills.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a cloud environment and an interest in technical solutions within the telecommunications sector.

Technical Stack

  • MS Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
