Insight Enterprises is looking for a Presales Consultant specializing in Microsoft Unified Communications. You will lead the technical presales process for Microsoft Teams Phone and related solutions, crafting detailed designs and proposals from initial client engagement through to handover.
What You'll Do
- Technically manage the design and implementation of cloud-hosted and on-premises Microsoft UC solutions.
- Own and articulate the Microsoft Teams Phone blueprint solution to customers.
- Produce solution blueprints for Microsoft Teams Phone and related UC solutions, including Contact Centre.
- Work closely with sales to understand requirements and build quotes, proposals, and statements of work.
- Support unified communications RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with the bid team.
- Support all presales activities from the initial client engagement to handover to delivery teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a UC presales consultant with historic phone solution credibility.
- Technical experience with Microsoft telephony solutions: Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Teams Phone, Session Border Controllers, and PSTN connectivity via Direct SIP.
- Experience and knowledge specifically around Microsoft on-premises and cloud migrations.
- Experience completing and supporting responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills and standards.
- Capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience and knowledge of Voice Technologies.
- Experience with other UC&C technologies and vendors.
- Experience of Contact Centre & Teams Certified Solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms systems.
- Knowledge of end-to-end Teams telephony migration methodologies and processes.
