Samsung Austin Semiconductor (SAS), part of Samsung Electronics America, is seeking a Pre/Post Sales Senior Specialist to drive business growth through technical sales engagement. In this role, you will identify sales opportunities and maximize orders for our B2B customers by providing expert technical support and solutions.
What You'll Do
- Perform Spec-In of customer specifications to company specifications, differentiate company products and services, and conduct proposal presentations, BMT, demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer seminars.
- Design user environment tests and interviews, conduct user environment analysis, create consulting proposals, and build strategies for promoting orders and contracts.
- Plan identification of new demand through technical sales proposals and expansion of existing demand to identify business information and sales opportunities.
- Perform pre-execution validation and customizing, product delivery and installation, customer training, stabilization and quality control, and technical issue and claim responses.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
