Gilead Sciences, Inc. is hiring an Expression of Interest: Cell Therapy Account Manager - Taiwan

Gilead Sciences is looking for a Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) for Taiwan. In this role, you will be the primary relationship manager for Kite’s Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs), serving as their main point of contact. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, driving therapeutic performance, and ensuring compliance within these critical accounts.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain account profiles for each aligned ATC.
• Develop significant business relationships with senior account leadership, Thought Leaders, and other key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the ATC and collaborate with Kite colleagues to create a streamlined interface.
• Identify account stakeholder needs and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to find or develop solutions.
• Coordinate all Kite operational activities, including site qualification, site setup, and patient treatment.
• Manage compliance-related activities, such as periodic audits.
• Provide clinical instruction and Risk Minimization Materials (RMM) to clinical staff.
• Oversee activities in patient treatment areas to ensure Chain of Identity (COI) per SOP protocols.
• Drive performance of Kite’s therapies within accounts and develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Routinely meet with targeted stakeholders to educate on the use of Kite’s therapies and communicate the latest approved messaging and clinical data.
• Maintain clinical expertise in Hematology, Immunology, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma disease and treatment, and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation.
• Provide cross-functional colleagues with appropriate feedback and insights from interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Provide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits, reporting on scientific sessions, and facilitating meetings with Thought Leaders.
• Facilitate and provide timely feedback regarding account business trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry issues, and business opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships and actively participate in grassroots advocacy and engagement activities within the territory.
• Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of Kite activities.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated record of successful account management in large accounts and strong brand differentiation skills.
• Deep clinical expertise in hematology/oncology disease and understanding of the treatment landscape, with at least 5-7 years of experience.
• Good understanding and knowledge of the hematology/oncology ecosystem in Taiwan.
• Ability to appropriately access and handle business information in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Kite policies.

• Science background.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated record of successful Hematology/Oncology Account Management.

This position is field based and reports to the Business Unit Director.

This position is local-country based in Taiwan.
