Fidelity is hiring a Client Support Specialist - Greater Orlando, FL Area (REMOTE)

About the Role

Fidelity is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team serving high-net-worth clients in the Greater Orlando, FL Metro Area. This is a remote role focused on enhancing client relationships, addressing complex service and investment needs, and driving business development opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers via inbound calls, responding to their inquiries and providing product and service level guidance
  • Process customer requests including options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades and other specialized monetary requests

What We're Looking For

  • Series 7 FINRA license
  • 2-3 years of previous experience working in the financial services industry

Nice to Have

  • Series 63 FINRA license (paid training & support provided)

Work Mode
