About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Premium Sales Executive to drive revenue by delivering exceptional experiences at world-class sporting events. This remote role focuses on selling premium ticketing packages, hospitality suites, and curated experiences to high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners.

What You'll Do

  • Generate revenue by selling premium ticket packages, hospitality suites, and exclusive experiences.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, and tours.
  • Identify and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with event operations teams for seamless premium experience execution.
  • Partner with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for C-level and VIP clients.
  • Skilled in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support events.
  • Enthusiastic, results-driven mindset committed to outstanding customer experiences.
