Jobgether is hiring a Premium Sales Executive to drive revenue by delivering exceptional experiences at world-class sporting events. This remote role focuses on selling premium ticketing packages, hospitality suites, and curated experiences to high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners.
What You'll Do
- Generate revenue by selling premium ticket packages, hospitality suites, and exclusive experiences.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, and tours.
- Identify and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with event operations teams for seamless premium experience execution.
- Partner with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for C-level and VIP clients.
- Skilled in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support events.
- Enthusiastic, results-driven mindset committed to outstanding customer experiences.
