Jobgether is looking for a proactive Inside Area Sales Manager to drive growth and manage strategic relationships with independent and franchise dealerships. In this remote role, you will leverage technology and strategic communication to maximize market share, working closely with internal teams to resolve dealer issues and train clients.
What You'll Do
- Sign, retain, and expand dealership relationships within your assigned territory.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and maintain communication with prospective and existing dealers.
- Train dealers to utilize internal systems for financing, restructuring, and managing deals.
- Collaborate with credit, funding, titles, and compliance teams to resolve dealer-related issues.
- Deliver expert knowledge on all programs, policies, and ancillary products.
- Provide best-in-class customer service, maintaining availability to meet dealer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in auto finance or dealership environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High energy, engaging, and capable of building rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to feedback.
- Availability to work Saturdays and flexible hours as needed.
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and technology platforms.
