ZHL Zillow Home Loans is seeking a Premier Loan Officer to originate mortgage loans and build referral networks within our Premier Agent ecosystem. You will leverage Zillow’s platform and tools to drive integrated real estate transactions, expand our Premier Channel, and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Originate mortgage loans, guiding borrowers through the process, ensuring compliance, and providing all vital documentation.
- Build referral relationships with top real estate agents, strengthening existing partnerships and breaking into new networks.
- Drive fully integrated transactions, connecting customers, agents, and the loan process through Zillow’s platform.
- Achieve production targets through a combination of company-provided leads and self-sourced opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to strategically manage your pipeline for efficiency and maximum conversion.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through timely follow-up, transparent communication, and proactive problem solving.
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and lending programs to provide tailored solutions.
- Manage leads from Premier Agent partners and cultivate new leads through strong partner relationships.
- Promptly contact borrowers upon lead receipt and follow up after initial discovery calls.
- Ensure all transactions follow applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
- Maintain active licensing, complete required education/training, and stay current on regulatory changes.
What We're Looking For
- Active NMLS mortgage originator license.
- Proven experience originating mortgage loans and building a referral network.
- Deep understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance.
- Strong skills in pipeline management, data analysis, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve production targets.
Work Mode
This is a remote position for candidates based in the state of Virginia.
