About the Role
This position involves leading technical pre-sales engagements, collaborating with sales to craft solutions, providing technical validation, building proof-of-concepts, and demonstrating platform value to technical decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Direct technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects and customers
- Design and implement tailored proof-of-concepts and demonstrations for specific customer use cases
- Offer expert advice on API integration, performance enhancement, and deployment approaches
- Collaborate with Account Executives to address technical objections and shorten sales cycles
- Assist in creating technical materials such as implementation guides, reference architectures, and best practices
- Guide junior team members and disseminate technical knowledge throughout the organization
- Communicate customer feedback and insights to product and engineering teams
