Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and live demos showcasing solution capabilities and business benefits.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand client objectives, evaluate existing technology environments, and design customized solutions using open-source and company platforms.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and technical workshops to verify solution suitability, practicality, and strategic alignment.
- Act as a trusted technical consultant, building lasting relationships with client decision-makers and representing their interests within the organization.
- Support post-sales activities including training, deployment assistance, and technical guidance in coordination with customer success teams.
- Investigate emerging technical subjects critical to customer engagements and stay current with key technologies such as Kubernetes, AI, and machine learning.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, ongoing learning, and collaborative teamwork across the organization.
